I was initially disappointed in my experience and I had to contact customer service. In an age where you usually get nothing but automated responses I actually got a personal response that was specific to the issue that I had. Greatly appreciated.

One of my first reports on a vehicle I was considering showed no wrecks, clean title and general good marks for the vehicle. I got the CarFax from the dealer and it showed two accidents, one with moderate to severe damage. I'm updating this review as a second car I was interested in had a severe structural accident as reported by Experian but no damage report by Zilocar. These are significant misses by Zilocar. Catching insurance claims and accident reports should be job 1 for any service.

The price was good compared to others. Would’ve given a more stars but their billing policy is a little shady. No clear indication when it expires/renews, I wrote the company the morning it expired they replied no refunds and charged me for the month

I ended up negotiating a great price on a lightly used car and was able to quickly close the deal.
