Is the Polestar 2 leader a sales-volume artifact?
No — and this is the interesting part. Raw complaint counts normally reward high-volume vehicles, so the honest check is to normalize per sales and see whether the leader survives. The narratives match the failure mode precisely: owners describe the "rear camera freezes up for a few seconds and then blacks out," a picture that "flickers or does not display an image," and a "Camera is temporarily unavailable" error on the screen.
